Pulses
The Pulses project is based on a question that has been on my mind for several years: ‘Where does the sacred part of the world lie?’ In this reflection, the sacred does not refer to religion but to an autonomous, intelligent life force, and above all one driven by Love — not the love between two people, but a state of being, a way of existing in the world. In my opinion, this impulse is woven into the very fabric of all things. As a great lover of nature and traveller, I have often felt, in natural landscapes, a connection to something greater than myself. Does this sacred part reside in specific places, chosen and consecrated by humans — churches, mosques — or does this impulse exist everywhere, present in everything and in each of us? Pulses explores this question through mapping installations, most of which are created outdoors.
